Shipping Areas
We provide shipping services to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Delivery Time
- Cairo and Giza: 2 to 4 business days
- Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected city. You can see the shipping cost before confirming your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification to track your order status.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
- You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt
- The product must be in its original condition without any damage
- The purchase invoice must be included with the return
- Digital products (electronic codes, audio files) cannot be returned after activation
Return Process
- Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to request a return
- Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours
- After approval, we will arrange product pickup or you can send it to us
- Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days using the same payment method
Non-Returnable Cases
- More than 7 days have passed since receipt
- Product shows signs of damage or use
- Digital products after activation
- Missing purchase invoice
Exchange
You can exchange a product for another of the same value or pay the difference, within 7 days of receipt under the same return conditions.
